When you to to the particular youtube page you'll see a little box to the right of the screen with the word "embed". You copy all the text in the box.

You then go to your blog and click on 'new post'. When a fresh window opens up you'll see two options at the top on the right. One is "compose" which you'll already be at by default. The other is "edit html". Click on "edit html" and paste the text in the fresh window. You'd be advised to go to the top and make yourself a couple of spaces and the same at the bottom. Click on compose and you'll find that you've space top and bottom to add text. Press publish and the youtube screen will be embedded in your blog post.

You might find it's too small and you'd like to increase its size. You do that by clicking again on "edit html" and by changing the values for height and width. You'll see in the code that these values appear twice - top and bottom and you need to change these values twice.

There may be another way of doing this but this is the way I do it

Oh - and if you change the values they have to be in the same proportion for the width as for the height. If you're adding 25% to one you'll need to add 25% (give or take a pixel or two) to the other
